Award-winning residential interior design and architectural space planning
The studio
Studio Schubert is an award-winning luxury interior design practice specialising in high-end residential renovations, bespoke joinery, and full-service project management across London, Kent, and the South East.
We transform period townhouses, heritage properties, and modern luxury homes into elegant, functional living spaces tailored specifically to our clients' lifestyles. Whether you are a private homeowner or a property investor, our full-service studio manages your project seamlessly from initial concept and space planning through to physical build delivery and final styling.

Architectural heritage meets contemporary and Japandi design
At Studio Schubert, we honour the soul and original fabric of every building. Our signature design aesthetic bridges clean contemporary lines, often drawing inspiration from Scandinavian and Japandi minimalism, with a deep respect for historic architectural details.
Whether restoring period features in a Victorian London townhouse or executing a sleek, modern architectural extension in Kent, our goal is always balance, warmth, and timeless luxury. We curate high-end material palettes, bespoke lighting, and custom furnishings that complement your lifestyle while adding measurable value to your property.
We believe true residential luxury lies in intelligent, clutter-free space planning. Supported by our specialist sister company, JAM Bespoke, we design custom fitted furniture, luxury walk-in wardrobes, integrated media units, and bespoke joinery built around your home's unique layout.
By maximising hidden storage and optimising unused architectural nooks, we elevate the daily functionality of your home while keeping the core interior design clean, open, and serene.

Our philosophy: designing the most important place on earth
For most of us, home is simply the most important place on earth. It is where memories are rooted, daily life unfolds, and where we seek comfort and inspiration.
That is why we don't believe in one-size-fits-all concepts. We listen closely to your ambitions, translate your vision into a bespoke reality, and manage the entire journey seamlessly from concept to final handover. Turning your vision into a luxury home you truly love: that's what makes us tick.
Meet the founder
Marek Szubert
Marek founded Studio Schubert in 2015 and serves as the visionary force behind our luxury interior design practice. A passionate designer, all-around creative, and avid advocate of improving wellbeing through interiors, Marek brings a deeply personal, hands-on approach to every project we undertake.

A journey built on passion and practicality
Marek's journey into design was driven by a lifelong fascination with architecture, property, and how thoughtful spaces shape daily life. Realising early on that he wanted to transform residential spaces directly, he pursued interior design, a pivotal decision that defined his career.
After qualifying, Marek spent years honing his craft within busy, high-end residential interior design studios across London. There, he gained extensive experience managing complex residential projects, navigating structural transformations, and executing builds from initial concept to completion. At age 30, driven by a desire to put his own signature stamp on designs and take complete ownership of every creative detail, Marek launched Studio Schubert. Over a decade later, that same passion and dedication remain at the core of the practice.
Marek takes immense pride in understanding each client's unique personality, lifestyle, and budget, ensuring these elements work seamlessly together to create outstanding living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and joinery.
Beyond the studio
Marek's background managing property portfolios and maintaining his own seaside Kent properties gives him a rare, practical edge. He understands real estate value, building compliance, and long-term durability just as deeply as aesthetic beauty. In his personal time, Marek can often be found travelling across the UK, France and Italy and gathering inspiration from architecture and interiors around the world.
